About the role

We are launching a brand‑new, modern car dealership in Køge and are looking for enthusiastic sales consultants to join our team from day one. You will represent either Renault new vehicles or the Hessel Selected used‑car concept, helping customers find the perfect vehicle while shaping the culture and processes of the new location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
• Present and sell Renault passenger and commercial vehicles or high‑quality used cars from the Hessel Selected range.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Contribute to the design of showroom layouts, customer service standards, and internal workflows.
• Collaborate closely with a nationwide sales network and share best practices with colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector (not mandatory).
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for customer interaction.
• Goal‑oriented, structured, and able to take responsibility for personal success.
• Motivated by proactive selling and delivering strong results.
• Willingness to be part of a brand‑new team and help build it from the ground up.
