Sales Executive - Fixed Video Solutions

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for an End User Video Account Executive to expand its fixed video sales through direct business, focusing on growing the government fixed video solutions business across Europe and AMEA. The role covers promoting and selling MSI's video security products to government accounts, creating demand, closing sales and managing the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell MSI products and services to government accounts through direct contact or partners within the assigned territory.
• Create demand for MSI Video Security solutions in the government space.
• Respond to sales opportunities, close orders, prepare proposals and quotes, and handle discounts with the approvers.
• Forecast and report weekly and quarterly on direct and partner pipelines.
• Conduct ongoing market research and run sales calls, tracking activity in Salesforce.com.
• Provide first-level technical guidance to end users, integrators and partners, and pass customer requirements to engineering and operations.
• Manage distributors, integrators and partners, and supervise the Government Video business across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of government sales experience preferred; video security sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and a local language are required.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Up to 25% travel across Nordic and Baltic countries; relocation provided, no relocation required.
