Retail Operations Manager

About the role

As a Retail Operations Manager at Netto you will be responsible for ensuring the store is always ready for customers, clean, well‑stocked and delivering a high‑quality shopping experience. You will work closely with the store manager to plan, monitor and optimise daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, inviting and fully stocked store environment.
• Ensure compliance with Netto’s operational standards and concepts.
• Plan daily tasks, staffing and shift schedules.
• Order, receive and replenish merchandise.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and motivation for store staff.
• Act as deputy to the store manager when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail and supervisory roles.
• Ability to create structure, drive results and keep the customer experience central.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on team motivation.
