Receiving Inspector – Aviation Parts

About the role

We are looking for a Receiving Inspector to ensure that aviation parts are received, inspected and stored in compliance with safety regulations. The role is critical to maintaining Satair’s quality standards and supporting safe aircraft operations.

Key responsibilities

• Visually inspect incoming products for correct part numbers, specifications, quantities and condition.
• Initiate claims processes for non‑conforming parts.
• Handle dangerous goods and export‑controlled items according to regulations.
• Store parts in designated areas following company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all inbound shipments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound goods handling, preferably with a focus on quality control and compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Valid cat B forklift licence and proven forklift operating experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
