About the role

A/S Karl Jensen is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil engineering and sewer works. The role involves managing both large and small construction projects, leading a dedicated team, ensuring practical execution, and contributing to sustainable development of the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in construction meetings with subcontractors, sub‑suppliers and clients.
• Prepare and submit offers for earthworks and sewer projects.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate internal and external logistics on construction sites.
• Monitor project schedules and quality targets.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct surveying and positioning using Leica iCON GPS.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and problem‑solve on site.
• Oversee 2‑5 projects simultaneously with 2‑10 staff members, splitting time between the Hobro office and construction sites.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational or engineering education in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing earthworks and sewer projects.
• Ability to lead small to medium sized teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to sustainable construction practices.
