Project Manager – Aftersales and New Build

About the role

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and customer‑focused Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of small to mid‑size Aftersales and New Build projects. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing multiple projects in parallel, typically around 30 active projects at different stages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Aftersales and New Build projects from order handover through delivery, invoicing and closure.
• Coordinate approximately 30 concurrent projects, ensuring progress across planning, procurement, documentation, logistics and customer communication.
• Own project planning, schedules, milestones, risk registers and stakeholder inputs.
• Monitor financial performance, cost follow‑up, margin awareness and timely invoicing.
• Identify, escalate and resolve risks, delays, scope changes and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Structured and solution‑oriented with ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to balance customer focus with internal commercial discipline.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in a project‑driven environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, coordination or related technical roles.
