About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for a reliable operator for its spiral production line at the Nakskov plant. You will work in a shift system, contributing to the manufacturing of membrane products that are used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production tasks on the spiral line.
• Participate actively in board (tavlemøder) meetings.
• Apply 5S and LEAN methods to maintain a clean and efficient workplace.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Consistent attendance and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Quality‑focused and structured work approach.
• Comfortable with change and shift work.
• Positive contribution to teamwork and workplace atmosphere.

Required skills

• Experience in industrial production.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
• IT proficiency at user level.
• Familiarity with LEAN and 5S methodologies.
