About the role

Join Coloplast’s Wound & Tissue Repair team in Humlebæk to shape the next generation of wound and tissue repair solutions. You will move between market insight, portfolio strategy, innovation and hands‑on execution, turning ideas into products that improve care for patients and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Explore customer needs, market trends, competitors, technologies, reimbursement and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Turn market, clinical, technical and financial insights into business cases, portfolio choices and clear recommendations.
• Lead or support innovation and product development from opportunity assessment through concept, feasibility, development and transfer.
• Shape launch, market expansion and lifecycle plans based on strategic fit, unmet needs and commercial potential.
• Bring cross‑functional teams together around clear objectives, responsibilities, decisions and next steps.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, healthcare, science, engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in product strategy, development, portfolio management or consulting, preferably in regulated healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and develop business cases.
• Capability to translate market, clinical, technical and financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
