Senior Manager, Group Development & Strategy

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Group Development & Strategy team in Humlebæk. The role focuses on M&A activities while also contributing to strategic projects, providing exposure to senior leadership and global functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise M&A pipeline across acquisitions, divestments, equity investments and partnerships.
• Lead selected transactions, prepare financial models, valuations and business cases, and coordinate due diligence.
• Support the M&A Director on key deals and manage relationships with targets, owners and external advisers.
• Assist with integration planning and handover to business units.

Required profile

• Relevant commercial master’s degree or MBA.
• 5–6 years of M&A experience, preferably with consulting, investment banking or private equity background.
• Strong financial and business modelling capabilities.
• Fluent English and experience working in an international environment.
