Product Sales Specialist - MedSurg Portfolio (Remote)

About the role

Solventum is hiring a Product Sales Specialist for its MedSurg portfolio, working remotely from Denmark. The role represents a wide range of infection prevention and wound care solutions across hospital and out-of-hospital settings, blending clinical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to drive market share, build customer relationships and support long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a targeted area of the MedSurg value proposition, with a strong emphasis on infection prevention, wound care and related technologies.
• Build and nurture relationships with clinical leaders, procurement teams and other stakeholders.
• Drive strategic pre-tender engagements, lead tender implementations and support the launch of new innovations.
• Shape and deliver value-based pricing strategies across the wound care, infection prevention and surgical portfolio.
• Strengthen key account performance through structured CRM practices and an insight-driven sales approach.

Required profile

• Nursing background and a relevant life sciences or business degree, plus clinical sales experience.
• Proven medical sales experience, preferably in wound care, infection prevention and surgical solutions.
• Hospital and/or out-of-hospital experience is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of infection prevention, 2-layer compression systems and operating theatre workflows is desirable.
• Fluent English and Danish; legally authorized to work in Denmark without a work visa.

Required skills

• Extroverted, proactive and confident in building relationships; strong negotiation and sales acumen.
• Team player, able to work cross-functionally and solve problems methodically.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; CRM such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
