About the role

We are looking for an experienced actuarial consultant to join PwC’s Actuarial and Risk Modelling Services team in Copenhagen. You will work on diverse projects across life insurance, pensions and banking, helping clients understand risk and make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review provisioning models for life insurance and pension products.
• Work on Solvency II and other regulatory projects in the financial sector.
• Support implementation of new IT systems through testing and analysis.
• Develop and validate risk models and provide risk‑management support for corporates.
• Conduct due‑diligence, M&A support and sector analyses for life insurance and pension markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience in life insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to deliver high‑quality work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take a leading role in team projects.
• Relevant academic background such as Cand.Act., Cand.Oecon., Cand.Scient or equivalent.
