Process and Performance Manager for Communication Processes

About the role

Join Satair’s global Transformation, Process & Performance Management team to lead the redesign of customer communication processes within the Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP). You will act as the workstream lead, driving end‑to‑end efficiency and aligning multiple international teams to deliver a more integrated, customer‑centric model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MMIP workstream, coordinating actions that transform customer communication across global regions.
• Analyse and evolve key communication processes, prioritising the customer experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear alignment with project value streams, internal teams and external customers.
• Promote an End‑to‑End mindset to reduce process variance and improve efficiency.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Break down silos by linking technical, digital, business and operations groups.
• Collaborate with project managers, product support managers, data analysts and automation managers in Hamburg, Singapore and Herndon.
• Travel up to 20% as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or project management, preferably within customer‑service organisations.
• Ability to allocate resources, create timelines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Digital mindset with a strong drive for change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Data‑driven decision‑making capability.
