Operations Manager – Retail Store (Herlev)

About the role

Netto is looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the store in Herlev is always ready for customers, inviting, and delivers the highest quality shopping experience. You will play a central role in daily store performance, planning, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, fully stocked store environment.
• Adhere to Netto’s operational standards and concepts.
• Plan daily tasks, staffing schedules, and workload distribution.
• Order, receive, and replenish merchandise.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Act as deputy to the store manager when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail and team leadership.
• Strong ability to create structure, drive results and keep the customer experience central.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
