MPL Project Manager

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Project Manager for its Project Logistics Airfreight Control Tower team. You will work with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide to deliver complex airfreight solutions and ensure successful project shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients, agents, and suppliers worldwide.
• Manage airfreight shipments, including cross‑trade operations.
• Prepare quotations and handle procurement activities.
• Invoice shipments and monitor shipment progress.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks and manage the full shipment process from A to Z.

Required profile

• Freight forwarding professional with relevant education and hands‑on airfreight experience.
• Experience in project and pharmaceutical freight forwarding is a plus.
• Passionate, responsible, and ownership‑driven.
• Strong numerical understanding and business acumen.
• Fluent in Danish and English at business level.
• Proactive mindset, able to think outside the box under pressure.
