Manager, Tax Technology

About the role

The Manager, Tax Technology supports clients in delivering digital tax transformation and building tax-enabled ERP and compliance solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP tax workstreams, including requirement gathering, design support, testing coordination and go‑live readiness.
• Embed tax requirements into core business processes such as O2C, P2P, intercompany and R2R.
• Support e‑invoicing, SAF‑T, e‑reporting and real‑time reporting mandates across multiple jurisdictions.
• Integrate ERP systems with tax engines and compliance providers (e.g., Sovos, Pagero, Vertex, ONESOURCE, Avalara).
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of combined tax and technology experience, including VAT/GST advisory and ERP transformation.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax; exposure to direct tax or transfer pricing is a plus.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
• Experience working in project‑based delivery environments.
