IT Supporter

About the role

Join a global IT support team that operates 24/7 across Denmark, Singapore, China, Germany and the US. As an IT Supporter you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, helping them resolve incidents and fulfil service requests while ensuring seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for IT incidents and service requests on a rotating shift schedule (06:00‑14:30 or 09:00‑17:30) and on‑call weekends.
• Drive and coordinate major incidents, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist Infrastructure & Operations teams with hands‑on tasks and equipment procurement.
• Maintain asset management processes and perform IAM activities with care.
• Document solutions in knowledge articles and collaborate with internal Service Desks.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to prioritize urgent issues.
• Flexibility to work on‑call shifts and relocate to the new warehouse in Greve when required.
• Comfort with an unpredictable support environment and the capacity to pause and resume tasks efficiently.
