Internship – Business Strategy & Transactions Management Consulting

About the role

Rambøll Management Consulting is looking for an intern in its Business Strategy & Transactions service practice in Copenhagen. You will join an international team working on strategic, transactional and economic decisions for clients across sectors such as energy, transport, infrastructure and construction, including M&A advisory and economic modelling. The internship is full-time for 5 months, unpaid, and you must be enrolled in a higher education programme throughout the period.

Key responsibilities

• Market analyses related to regulation, competition and trends
• Development of business models and strategic roadmaps
• Commercial due diligence and support for transactions
• Assessment of new technologies/products and implementation strategies
• Preparation of business cases for investment decisions
• Contributing to projects involving data collection, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and implementation planning, including research, presentations, reporting and client workshops

Required profile

• Student currently studying or about to start a master's degree in business, economics, sustainability or engineering sciences, enrolled during the whole internship
• Top student with relevant work experience from study jobs, internships or volunteering
• Structured, analytical and strategic thinker who can work independently and in a team
• Danish citizen or EU citizen; applicants from outside the EU without a valid residence permit cannot be considered

Required skills

• Experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English (Danish is an advantage)
