GTM Software Engineer

About the role

As a GTM Software Engineer at Famly, you will bridge product, commercial functions, and data systems to deliver seamless customer experiences and internal tools. You’ll focus on building scalable onboarding flows, integrations, and reliable data pipelines that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features, emphasizing the onboarding experience for new users.
• Create and manage integrations between the product, CRM, marketing platforms, web analytics, and the data warehouse.
• Design well‑structured, maintainable data models and pipelines that scale with business needs.
• Improve data quality and reliability across all connected systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust, long‑term technical solutions rather than quick fixes.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or a closely related technical role.
• Comfort with agent‑based LLM coding tools while maintaining strong technical judgment.
• Logical, critical thinking about system design and willingness to make trade‑offs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Experience working with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
