About the role

We are looking for two lawyers to join the Legal and Compliance centre at the Assessment Agency in Roskilde. The role offers the chance to work on administrative law, tax‑administrative law and public access to documents, supporting the agency’s core mission of accurate property valuation and taxation while safeguarding citizens' legal rights.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate public‑access (aktindsigt) requests in accordance with the Public Access Act.
• Prepare legal memoranda, notes and participate in work groups on administrative and tax‑administrative matters.
• Draft reports for the Parliamentary Ombudsman and handle complaints concerning case handling.
• Ensure the agency’s operations rest on a solid legal foundation.
• Provide training on administrative law and public‑access issues to colleagues across the organisation.
• Offer legal advice and sparring to managers and staff throughout the agency.

Required profile

• Holder of a cand.jur. degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in administrative law, tax‑administrative law and public‑access matters.
• Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and understandably.
• Collaborative, curious and willing to contribute to a positive work environment.
