About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Copenhagen team and support leading organisations on strategic, commercial effectiveness and transformation projects. The role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge in real‑world consulting assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in high‑profile projects covering strategy, commercial effectiveness, organisational redesign and process optimisation.
• Assist clients in risk management, control, marketing, financial and management information areas.
• Conduct analyses, prepare presentations and support senior consultants in delivering recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address national and global business challenges.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a solid academic record.
• Proactive, mature, responsible and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Post‑graduate studies or specialised courses are considered an asset.
