Experienced Car Claims Handler

About the role

Sedgwick is looking for an experienced car claims handler to join its consulting function, working on car insurance claims for several different customers, including private, municipal and public clients. You will work closely with colleagues in a team and handle a wide range of tasks across customers and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and complex claims, including cross-border cases
• Take responsibility for your own portfolio and plan your tasks together with the team
• Work through the whole process, from assessment reports to subrogation and follow-up
• Communicate with customers, claimants and other stakeholders and take part in customer meetings

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in car claims handling
• FOAK level 4
• Strong professional background and willingness to take on more responsibility in a broader context
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
