Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

Famly is expanding its portfolio of enterprise customers and needs a dedicated professional to lead the technical onboarding of large clients. As an Enterprise Project Manager you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and Famly’s product capabilities, ensuring smooth integration and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for enterprise customers, handling project planning, stakeholder coordination and delivery.
• Translate enterprise requirements into clear development tasks that align with Famly’s product roadmap.
• Advise customers on integrating Famly into their IT landscape, including API usage and Single Sign‑On configuration.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Product teams to scope and track technical work.
• Guide a small team of 3‑4 builders, overseeing their delivery on onboarding‑related initiatives.
• Participate in sales discussions for large accounts, providing technical expertise and clarifications.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a proven track record managing large‑scale IT projects, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI to improve workflows and project outcomes.
• Strong technical foundation enabling clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex integration scenarios.
