Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support Infrastructure & Operations at Satair. You will enable data‑driven decision making, work with ITSM platform transformation and deliver pragmatic, sustainable solutions for our technical departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the migration to a new ITSM platform by handling data transfers and developing dashboards and reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis of complex technical data to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop minimum viable products, digital tools, and process automations to address functional pain points.
• Participate in the data mesh community, re‑use existing data products and promote adoption of analytics technologies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for tools and processes.
• Ability to balance analysis with execution and deliver MVPs quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and structured thinking.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and data migration.
• Process automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate).
• Dashboard/report development.
