Customer Success Manager - Commercial - Nordics

About the role

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Customer Success Manager covering its corporate customers in the Nordics region. The role is remote and involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients using the CyberSOC solution, while achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of corporate customers using the CyberSOC solution and ensure their satisfaction.
• Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling.
• Listen to customers, give feedback to the business and deliver quarterly account reviews.
• Negotiate on behalf of management to upsell additional service offerings, using product knowledge and customer needs.
• Act as an advisor to customers, developing plans for their future growth.
• Prioritize a high volume of customer issues and requests, follow them up in a timely way and coach customers toward alternative solutions.
• Create and manage automated processes to forecast at-risk customers and build retention plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a technology organization.
• Field sales experience strongly desired.
• Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and Salesforce.
• Passion for customer service, business quality and data security.

What we offer

• Base salary of 28,200 to 63,000 GBP per year, depending on skills, experience and location.
• Variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
• Typically 10% or less business travel.
