Crew & Traffic Controller

About the role

Maersk Air Cargo is seeking a motivated Crew & Traffic Controller to join its Integrated Operations Control Centre (iOCC). You will support safe, compliant and efficient flight operations through proactive crew and traffic management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily flight operations using systems such as FlightKeys and N‑OC.
• Coordinate crew changes, recovery actions and operational replanning during disruptions.
• Manage aircraft movements, schedule execution and operational efficiency.
• Communicate operational information to internal and external stakeholders and maintain comprehensive shift handovers.

Required profile

• Experience in an Airline Operations Control Centre, Crew Control, Flight Dispatch or similar environment.
• Knowledge of airline operational processes, regulatory requirements and crew legality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and situational judgement abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FlightKeys, N‑OC or similar operational control platforms.
• Understanding of crew management principles and disruption handling.
