Construction Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including tunnels, roundabouts and major roadworks, at our Hillerød site in Denmark. The role is on‑site and focuses on driving safe, on‑time and on‑budget execution of civil works packages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction delivery across tunnel, road and roundabout infrastructure works.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and monitor progress against detailed schedules.
• Track costs and performance in partnership with project controls.
• Provide earned value analysis aligned with site progress and financial data.
• Chair construction and coordination meetings across engineering, EHS and delivery teams.
• Ensure all works are executed safely, compliantly and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience on heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proven delivery experience in tunnelling, underground works or major road/roundabout projects.
• Degree in civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies for infrastructure.
• Fluent in Danish.
