About the role

PwC is looking for a Compliance and Finance Specialist to support and develop one of Denmark's largest audit departments. You will combine your knowledge of compliance, quality, and finance with the creation of digital solutions that improve daily operations for managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business support by translating compliance and finance insights into concrete digital tools and process improvements.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure new processes are embedded across the department.
• Monitor compliance and financial matters independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Act as a central sparring partner for the department’s finance and compliance functions, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong interest and experience in compliance, quality, and finance management, including analysis and invoicing.
• Proven ability to lead small projects and support stakeholders at all levels, especially when implementing digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Danish, both spoken and written.
• Relevant academic background in a related field.
• Experience in audit, consulting, or matrix organisations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable acting as a bridge between business units and stakeholders.
