CFO – Economic and Strategic Leadership

About the role

Gram Clean Air is looking for a CFO who combines strong financial insight with business understanding and leadership. As part of the board together with the CTO and CCO, you will shape the company's strategic direction and turn its ambitions into results. You are the board's fixed point of contact for the owner, responsible for reporting, analysis, strategic proposals and board materials, and you lead the financial and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for financial control, reporting and budget processes, including forecasts, business cases and decision support
• Own selected strategic initiatives with independent accountability
• Board reporting, board materials and follow-up on strategic initiatives
• Financing, liquidity management and investment assessments
• Lead and develop finance, HR, procurement and administration functions
• Optimise procurement, supplier agreements and cost structures
• Drive cross-functional development, improvement and growth projects

Required profile

• Relevant economic education such as cand.merc.aud, HD or similar
• Solid experience in financial control, reporting and analysis
• Experience leading and developing employees
• Understanding of strategic business development and performance management
• Experience in a production company
• Commercial mindset; sees data, AI and Business Intelligence as growth tools
• High professional Danish and English
