Business Controller, FP&A Team

About the role

Netcompany DK is looking for a driven Business Controller with a strong interest in FP&A to join its team in Copenhagen. You will help ensure timely and accurate management reporting and carry out in-depth analysis of business and financial KPIs. The role suits someone who is recently graduated or has 1-3 years of experience, and involves close collaboration with the Head of Finance NBS and DK.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of key parts of the monthly financial reporting to management, including following up on business areas and preparing presentations
• Work with a broad range of stakeholders, including the other Shared Services departments
• Conduct business analyses and comment on monthly reports for your areas of responsibility
• Help improve the monthly reporting process and take part in developing the system structure
• Take part in budgeting and forecasting

Required profile

• Newly graduated or early in your career, with a Cand.Merc. (e.g. Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Asc, Cand.Merc.Aef.) or similar degree
• Proactive, with strong business acumen and analytical skills, and able to communicate across the organisation
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken)

Required skills

• Experience with Excel and handling large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
