Senior Management Consultant - Risk, Compliance & Financial Crime Prevention

About the role

PA Consulting, part of Jacobs since its 2026 acquisition, is hiring a Senior Management Consultant for its Risk & Regulation team in Copenhagen. You will work on complex projects in the financial sector, primarily from the Copenhagen office near many Danish clients' headquarters, in a Nordic and international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn PA's methods and tools and use them to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for clients
• Help clients develop and strengthen their approaches to risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention
• Contribute to projects across sectors and capabilities in an interdisciplinary consultancy
• Take an active part in the development and growth of the Risk & Regulation team

Required profile

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, in-house roles or project-based work
• Experience in risk management, compliance, regulation and/or financial crime prevention
• Prior consulting or advisory experience
• Relevant master's degree with strong academic results
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
