AC-Fuldmægtig / Specialkonsulent – Forvaltning for Børn og Familie

About the role

The position of AC-Fuldmægtig or Specialkonsulent is a central role within the Department for Children and Family. You will support the social‑professional effort for vulnerable children, youth and families, providing analytical input and project coordination to inform managerial and political decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analyses, studies and data foundations that underpin leadership and political decisions.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑departmental development projects and internal improvement initiatives.
• Draft briefing notes, agendas, political case presentations and other decision‑making material.
• Support the implementation of strategies, projects and development efforts.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and interdisciplinary working groups.
• Contribute to the optimisation of work processes and procedures.
