Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers and claimants.
• Assist experienced claim handlers with case assignments and follow‑up.
• Gain insight into the full lifecycle of an auto claim, from initial report to final settlement.
• Work with a variety of tasks to become familiar with internal systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn about auto insurance claims.
• Some experience in insurance, customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Danish and the ability to work in English.
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable taking on increasing responsibilities.
