About the role
Join MiniMed's Customer Care & Supply Chain team to support patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. This permanent position is based in Copenhagen with a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support in MiniMed’s Order‑to‑Cash processes, handling incoming calls and emails.
- Prioritize urgent enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer specifics in internal systems and contribute to process improvement projects.
Required profile
- Fluent in Finnish, English and sufficient Swedish.
- Strong empathy, customer‑oriented mindset and resilience.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP.
