A La Carte Chef

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an A La Carte Chef to join its team in Copenhagen. The chef brings creativity, a strong appetite for learning and a passion for gastronomy to the kitchen, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen department and the delivery of a high-quality guest dining experience across the whole hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest level.
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to enquiries and problems.
• Take responsibility for the duties assigned, carrying them out in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen experience is a must, with a minimum of 3 years of a la carte experience.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
