About the role

Join Sedgwick as an experienced investigator focusing on insurance fraud and open‑source intelligence (OSINT). You will conduct thorough investigations, produce documented reports and help develop Sedgwick’s investigative services in Denmark.

Key responsibilities

• Perform desk‑based investigations and OSINT research on complex claims.
• Collect, structure and analyse information, identify inconsistencies and translate findings into clear, objective reports.
• Conduct interviews and obtain relevant explanations from involved parties.
• Advise clients on findings and recommend next steps.
• Contribute to the development and visibility of Sedgwick’s investigative services in Denmark.

Required profile

• Solid experience investigating fraud cases, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with clients, claims handlers and legal investigators.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Documented experience in fraud investigations.
• Proficiency with OSINT and digital information searching.
• Experience conducting interviews and fact‑finding inquiries.
• Excellent written communication in Danish and English.
• Ability to produce precise, objective investigative reports.
