Combined Talent Acquisition and HR Trainee – Autumn 2026

About the role

Johnson Controls in Holme (Aarhus) is looking for a combined Talent Acquisition and HR trainee for the autumn semester of 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in both talent acquisition and HR within a global organisation, working in a growing company with colleagues in HR and TA who collaborate closely on employer branding and HR processes. The internship is unpaid, but flexible regarding your studies, exams and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, process and analyse HR data
• Develop the internal training policy
• Write social media posts and job advertisements
• Plan internal events and employee communication
• Take part in trade fairs
• Assist in recruitment processes and provide ad hoc support across HR and Talent Acquisition

Required profile

• Interest in people, organisational development, HR and employer branding; study field is not decisive
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
• Independent, proactive and goal-oriented
• Interested in social media content
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable
• Creative and able to tell good stories
