Senior Consultant – Sick Leave Prevention and Development

About the role

Cabi, a Danish knowledge centre on employment, is recruiting through its partner GML a senior consultant to advise and develop workplaces on sick leave prevention and handling. The role is based at the Aarhus office and covers both public and private employers across Denmark, with about two travel days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, train and coach leaders, HR, works council representatives and workplaces on preventing sick leave, handling complex absence cases and improving the psychosocial work environment
• Turn insights gained from working with individual companies into guides, webinars, tools and other solutions
• Deliver workshops, leadership development programmes and longer organisational interventions
• Use absence data to identify patterns and priorities, and support difficult conversations around sick leave
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to sales and development of consulting services

Required profile

• Solid experience and knowledge of sick leave prevention and psychosocial work environment
• Experience with leadership consulting and organisational development processes
• Knowledge of public sector organisations and experience with small and medium-sized private businesses
• Relevant higher education, driving licence and ability to work across the country

• Facilitation, teaching and presentation skills
• Ability to use data to identify patterns and follow up results
• Flexibility between independent client responsibility and a strong professional community
