About the role

We are looking for attentive operators to join the control centre of a prominent client in Billund. The role involves monitoring alarm and security systems, handling emergency calls and providing service to both local and international staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage alarm systems in a 24/7 Local Command Center.
• Respond to emergency calls, incidents, accidents and crises, and coordinate external guards.
• Record, analyse and report daily tasks, incidents and processes.
• Maintain high‑quality service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support crisis management together with the Global Command Center.
• Stay updated on technical systems and optimise their use.
• Assist Security Supervisors in developing operations and crisis procedures.

Required profile

• Responsible, stable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow instructions.
• Fluent in Danish and English; German is a plus.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence (for AP‑driving).

Required skills

• Completion of the mandatory basic security guard course.
• Experience with IT and technical systems such as Genetec, Plannon, Powerapp (Microsoft) and SharePoint.
