About the role

The Daily Manager of Brydehuset will co‑lead Ballerup Municipality’s comprehensive substance‑use initiative, overseeing treatment for around 600 citizens each year. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of 29 professionals in a newly renovated facility that also hosts a community café.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and create an operational framework that enables staff to succeed.
• Balance day‑to‑day operations, development projects, and quality assurance.
• Foster collaboration across strong professional groups and with external partners, including psychiatric services.
• Maintain a stable, motivated workforce and ensure continuity of care.
• Oversee the integration of social‑work, nursing, medical, and therapeutic services.

Required profile

• Solid leadership experience, preferably in substance‑use, social, or health sectors.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Development‑oriented, strategic thinker with awareness of operational, economic, and growth aspects.
• Relevant higher education, ideally with leadership training.
