Warehouse Worker – Quality and Customer Service Focus

About the role

Nobia's HTH Glostrup is part of its trade sales department, helping professional customers with their projects every day. The warehouse plays a key role in making sure the right goods are ready on time and customers get a good experience. The company is looking for a service-minded warehouse worker who takes responsibility, has an eye for detail and enjoys combining warehouse work with customer service. The position is within a seven-person warehouse team.

Key responsibilities

• Pack goods according to packing slips, mainly for export but also for other customers
• Make sure the right goods are delivered to the right customers
• Receive, check and register returned goods
• Assist and advise customers at pick-up and help them further
• Answer customer calls by phone to a lesser extent
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and safe
• Work together with colleagues to complete daily tasks efficiently and with high quality

Required profile

• Responsible, service-minded and flexible
• Good sense of order, working in a structured and careful way
• Enjoys physical work and has a good physical condition for manual tasks
• Positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Valid truck certificate and experience driving both a truck and a stacker

Required skills

• Digital systems: ability to work with digital systems and a flair for IT
• Fluent Danish, written and spoken

What we offer

• A thorough introduction to products, processes and procedures
• An average of 37 hours per week, scheduled within opening hours (Mon-Fri 06:00-17:30, Saturday 10:00-15:00)
• Saturday shifts about once every three weeks and Sunday work up to five times a year
