Warehouse Associate – Copenhagen Airport

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate at Copenhagen Airport, you will ensure that our airport stores are stocked with the right products, in the right condition, and at the right time. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Store Managers, you will maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, cooler, and freezer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and stock operations for the airport location.
• Communicate with the supply‑chain team about deliveries, quality issues, and order needs.
• Receive and process credit notes and claims for products that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear structure of all goods in stockroom, cooler and freezer areas.
• Coordinate weekly cleaning and maintenance of storage zones.
• Place and adjust orders based on optimal stock levels and store requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for the airport restock team and local airport management.
• Train, guide and motivate the restock team to follow routines and standards.
• Support ongoing optimisation of stock handling, waste reduction and product availability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, operational mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Flexibility to work full‑time within the 08:00–16:00 timeframe, Monday to Sunday.
• Experience in warehouse, stockroom or inventory handling is preferred.
