Process & Performance Manager – Logistics

About the role

Within Satair, an Airbus Services company, the Logistics Process & Performance Manager will ensure that spare‑parts logistics run smoothly and on time. The role combines logistics expertise with a digital mindset to design and implement process improvements across the global network, especially as the warehouse management system moves from WM to EWM.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve logistics processes in Copenhagen and globally.
• Drive the transformation of the core logistics backbone, migrating from SAP WM to SAP EWM.
• Lead the interface with IT to implement changes that ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with customer‑facing teams, supply chain, quality and product management to design seamless end‑to‑end processes.
• Provide expertise, problem resolution and training to operations.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with ownership of logistics processes.
• Minimum 3 years of professional logistics experience covering warehousing, shipping and transport.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP WM/EWM.
• Proven ability to lead process design, complex problem solving and implementation in a multi‑functional, global environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
