Waiter – New Restaurant GALLERY

About the role

The new restaurant GALLERY at Great Northern in Kerteminde is looking for waiters to help build its restaurant team from the start. The restaurant has high gastronomic ambitions but wants warm, relaxed and personal service. As a waiter you will be part of the guest's overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Personal, present service and serving of food and drinks
• Food preparation and handling of service
• Cooperation with the kitchen around the guest's experience and pace
• Developing knowledge of gastronomy, wine and hospitality
• Shared responsibility for the restaurant before, during and after service

Required profile

• Able to get along with people and understand that good service is more than technique
• Attentive, curious and responsible for both guests and the team
• Restaurant experience is an advantage but not required; attitude and willingness to develop matter just as much
