Assistant Club Manager – Gym

About the role

SATS Frederiksberg ABC is looking for an Assistant Club Manager for its gym. The role is central to the daily management and operation of the centre, working closely with the Club Manager to keep things running smoothly, from staffing and operations to sales, service and a clean, welcoming environment. It is a full-time position of 32 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Be present in the training area and at reception so members feel welcome and motivated during their visits.
• Support the Club Manager in daily leadership and operations, including administrative tasks.
• Share responsibility for the centre's results and contribute to sales, member experience and development.
• Help keep the centre clean and tidy with the team, meeting SATS standards.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish, spoken and written.
• Outgoing, friendly and charismatic, able to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
• Hands-on, goal-driven and comfortable taking initiative and responsibility.
• Flexible: the centre is open 05:00–23:00 every day, with two evening shifts (peak hours) and one opening, closing and weekend shift per month, plus possible on-call duty.
