About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Business Core as a Senior Associate, helping large Danish companies navigate core system transformations, AI, and digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Design and map efficient processes that deliver business value.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support clients through system selection, implementation, and go‑live phases.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations together with cross‑functional colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with core ERP systems (e.g., as consultant, business analyst, super‑user).
• Relevant university degree in technology, economics, management or supply chain.
• Strong consulting skills: structuring complex problems, hypothesis development, clear communication.
• Experience in client dialogue, workshop facilitation and presentation preparation.
• Understanding of the interplay between business, processes, data, organization and IT.

Required skills

• ERP systems knowledge, especially SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• AI and digital transformation concepts.
• Process design and optimization.
