Vice President - Nordics

About the role

Proxima is seeking a Vice President for the Nordics to provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. The role combines deep domain expertise, client delivery, business development, and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level client engagements and high‑value programs for senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Shape and influence client strategy, vision, and transformation agendas.
• Drive growth, market impact, and Proxima’s positioning in the Nordics.
• Build and manage senior client relationships, pipelines, and new growth opportunities.
• Develop talent, mentor senior consulting staff, and champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Act as a Proxima ambassador internally and externally, contributing to IP creation and capability development.

Required profile

• Executive experience with strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with EU right‑to‑work.
• Extensive consulting and leadership background, proven ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Leadership presence, executive gravitas, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence, people leadership, and a growth mindset.
