Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at EveryMatrix you will be the primary point of contact for key iGaming clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular client check‑ins, business reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on account health, revenue forecasts and financial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, product and delivery teams to upsell, cross‑sell and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage escalations, monitor project progress and maintain accurate records in CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (master's a plus).
• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of MS Office Suite.
