About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader for Sales to drive the Danish office in Copenhagen towards continued growth and profitability. The role combines strategic sales planning, hands‑on execution and leadership of a high‑performance team within a fast‑moving venture capital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy and a strong lead‑generation system.
• Drive sales, meet and exceed revenue targets, and report directly to the CEO.
• Recruit, develop and lead a top‑class sales team once key milestones are reached.
• Participate in budgeting, set organisational goals and monitor KPIs.
• Represent CVX at events, conferences and networking gatherings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high‑growth startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a highly driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management and board level.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with a network in the Danish startup ecosystem.
