Team Leader Maintenance

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is looking for a Team Leader Maintenance in Horsens. The main task is to support the maintenance and repair of process equipment and calibrations in the plant, and to support external contractors on maintenance and repair work. The role also covers the running and maintenance of the preventive maintenance system according to set guidelines. It is an onsite position with no relocation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of about 7 maintenance technicians
• Carry out root cause analysis on equipment
• Plan and develop maintenance in the Rubberflow area and in the production areas
• Manage maintenance projects and larger maintenance jobs
• Coordinate and handle external resources and technicians during large maintenance tasks
• Guide maintenance technicians in advanced troubleshooting
• Optimise equipment in close collaboration with process engineers

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering, or another technical higher education
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a maintenance role in the pharmaceutical, medical devices or manufacturing industry, preferably in rubber production
• Leadership experience
• Fluent Danish and English

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Strategic-level knowledge of maintenance
• Knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance programmes
• Strong organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills

The annual base salary range is DKK 487,960 to DKK 621,040; the position may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits depending on location and employment status.
