Team Leader – Danmark

About the role

CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive its Danish office in Copenhagen toward continued growth. You will shape the sales strategy, lead commercial activities and ensure long‑term profitability while inspiring a high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build a robust lead‑generation system.
• Drive sales and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• When milestones are reached, recruit, develop and lead a top‑class sales team.
• Participate actively in budgeting and set organisational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and create action plans to improve results.
• Represent CVX at events, conferences and networking gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders.
• Report directly to the CEO.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high‑growth startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Natural sales ability with a proven record of meeting and surpassing revenue goals.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a drive to be the best in the field.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to inspire people.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management and board members.
• Ability to earn trust from company leaders.
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities.
• Humility and passion for building and scaling new businesses.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with a network in the Danish startup ecosystem.
